Started playing OldSkool Hardcore, jungle and Drum And Bass back in 1994,organising raves on the island of Tenerife in Old warehouses,He then went on to play in a small bar in Tenerife called Buddies playing a mix of UK Garage, 2 Step, Speed Garage at the same time playing in the Paradise Club, Bobby's and Busbys, El Establo & the Joyce Bar.
He then made the trip to London to do An Audio Engineering Course and carry on playing in different clubs like N 1 Leicester Square, Pacha London , Polarise @ 54 Commercial street, Medussa Club in Brixton, South Side Bar a few radio stations like essentialclubbers.co.uk & Renegade FM, Currently a resident DJ @ 54.

"Sergio Cabrera has been a great influential figure in the underground rave scene of the early 90s in his native Island of Tenerife showcasing new beats and regularly playing before cheering crowds of old school Hardcore, jungle and Drum and Bass devotees.
His humble beginnings in run down warehouses sheds and back gardens
saw him gain acceptance and becoming a hot resident DJ in the
islands most sought after venues pulling an international crowd to
their feet.
Since moving permanently to London to study Audio engineering at the world famous SAE institute, Sergio has expanded his music portfolio into new territories, a clear example of his versatility and vast technical knowledge.
Sergio’s collaborations have seen him play live sets in fashion shoots and create the soundtrack to fashion films.
As well as his undeniable flare for mixing old school Hardcore with
new and exciting beats has seen him taking to the decks at London
clubs Pacha, N1 Leicester Square and legendary night Polarise to
name a few.
One could say that Sergio has an almost melancholic feel about his musical roots that has manage to filter and influence his more recent creations but that would be to limit and almost voluntarily place an obstacle in the always evolving road of a Dance music artist.
True to his innate curiosity and persistent obsession for advances
in software applications, Sergio has evolved into a multi-genre
producer offering an almost painterly palette of sounds and
interesting mixes with a well trained acute sense of hearing,
filtering the subtle changes of a polyphonic
composition.
We can only Imagine what the future will bring for this Young
Spanish producer, knowing that sound is not only composed of
frequencies but there are direct psychological and physiological
responses associated with sound and knowing that he has only
scratched the surface of what is possible for him musically we can
expect him to branch out into psychoacoustics and sound
installations enabling him to have a strong language of his
own.
Eager we wait for his next work, after all, he is interested in the stimulation of our brains, looking to expand responses in our perceptual receptors.
